Remember Agent? Yeah, that PlayStation 3 game that never saw the light of day? While the game has long been considered dead or vaporware now, could it be making a re-reveal like Sony’s The Last Guardian?
NeoGAF user GribbleGrunger noticed that Rockstar has filed an extension for the Agent trademark. which could be a glimmer of hope for those looking forward to this noire action game. Could it be making a re-appearance at E3 2016? Most likely not since Rockstar has renewed the Agent trademark before. Chances are, it’s just protecting the trademark so that if it ever does release Agent, they won’t run into any legal mess.
But who knows, though? Maybe Sony will have Agent as a megaton at its E3 press conference? Personally, I don’t see it happening since even if Rockstar does re-reveal it, they might opt for a different title since there’s no way it can live up to the hype.
What do you think? Should we start looking forward to Agent PS4 news or should we just forget about it and so should Rockstar?
