Game developers might appear to be code-devouring lightning warriors from the far future, recreating your very dreams in dazzling 1080p but, turns out, they’re just humans. Humans like you! With jobs! Sometimes, those jobs aren’t even in game development.
While the general game creator’s resumé tends to read “did nerdy things at university, will do nerdy things for money”, some of our most treasured and/or infamous devs have taken very strange paths into their eventual prime profession.
