Alienation Gameplay Video Is Our “Introduction to Invasion”

Resogun developer Housemarque has released the latest video for its upcoming twin-stick shooter, Alienation. In the video above titled “Introduction to Invasion,” Housemarque shares the amount of work that they’re doing into Alienation and gives us a little back story on the game’s plot.

If you don’t want to hear anything about the story and just want to see alien faces get melted, then rejoice! There’s a lot of that too! There’s XP level progression, an upgrade system, loots and fantastic particle effects! 

While Alienation might be the indirect successor of Dead Nation, the abilities demoed in the gameplay above shames what we thought was cool in Dead Nation! Prepare for explosions, waves, and lots of colors. 

As a huge fan of Dead Nation, I cannot wait for this! With drop-in, drop-out online co-op implemented at launch, this might be my go-to game with my real-life buddies when we want to just kill alien scum.

Alienation will assault gamers on April 26 exclusively on the PS4.
