Following Injustice 2‘s reveal yesterday, Eventhubs.com spotted what look like hints about the game’s roster. Very briefly during the trailer, Captain Cold’s gun appears, which is worth noting because Ed Boon recently ran a poll on Twitter asking fans who they want to see in the upcoming title. And, you guessed it, Captain Cold appears on the list.
Additionally, Boon recently shared an image of the t-shirt that will be given away at the Mortal Kombat X Pro League Season 3 finals. Not only does the gun appear on the t-shirt as well, but it also shows Doctor Fate’s mask and Harley Quinn’s hammer among other items belonging to DC characters.
It probably won’t be long before people start figuring the roster out!
In other Injustice 2 news, Boon has told IGN that the game won’t feature fatalities. He also revealed that Mortal Kombat X‘s easy fatalities were a huge hit but reassured fans that NetherRealm doesn’t plan on making them a one-button affair where a fatality “doesn’t mean anything.”
